Cairo, October 5, 2025: Palm Hills Developments ("PHD" or "the Company") the leading real estate developer in Egypt, booked total new sales of EGP182 billion in 9M2025 compared to EGP130 billion new sales achieved in 9M2024. This figure is a huge testament to the leadership of Palm Hills and the strength of real estate industry in Egypt. Having said that, PHD is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 315-feddan land plot at the entrance of the New Administrative Capital, directly adjacent to New Cairo, with total estimated sales of approximately EGP 160 billion over the next eight years. Furthermore, PHD has acquired a 97-feddan plot — Palm Hills New Cairo Extension — adjacent to its flagship Palm Hills New Cairo development. This new extension is expected to launch before year-end, with projected sales of around EGP 29 billion over three years.
