Cairo, June 2, 2025: Palm Hills Developments ("Palm Hills" or "the Company") a leading real estate developer in Egypt, announced that it’s a key developer in the first real estate project in the New Delta, covering an area of 1,600 acres and to be implemented over a period of five years. Palm Hills will develop a world-class project in the city of 'Jirian' covering an area of 361 feddans, excluding the Nile River area, which represents approximately 20% of the project's total area. The Nile bank will have a width up to 240 meters and have a Nile frontage of up to 9 kilometers. The project will be developed in two phases and will include approximately 6,500 residential units with total sales reaching approximately EGP200 billion across all phases, excluding commercial sales. The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Axis and provides direct access to the Middle Ring Road, giving it a strategic location close to Sphinx International Airport and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
